Au venit insa astea:

Drept pentru care le-am dat urmatorul mail:
"Dear Sir/Madam,
I just received my Order Number: XXX with a Polo T-Shirt and a Team Cap.
The problem is the Polo T-Shirt is no way near what I ordered from the website!
On the website it was this: http://www.bpfordworldrallyteamcollecti ... roductid=4 with FORD logo and sponsors logo, and I received what is in the attached picture... The description on the website says: "This 100% cotton garment fully branded with embroidered sponsor and team logos is a staple for team and rally fan alike." as you can see in the second attached picture.
The Team Cap is also different but it is quite OK.
I can understand the sponsors are changing, but I am sorry to tell you, if I would have seen the T-shirt you sent me in the first place, I wouldn't buy it... It doesn't even have the FORD logo!
If you need, I will forward you the 2 e-mails from you regarding the order.

We have looked into this and the Poloshirt that you ordered is sold out so we have sent you an alternative.
If you are not happy with this then we can accept this back with an enclosed note to state that you would like a refund.

Well, nu merge chiar asa ca la piata, nu la nivelul asta! Romanul e obisnuit insa sa inghita orice astfel de raspuns si sa "lase asa, ca merge"... Io, nu prea mai inghit, am inghitit destule... Deci:
"Well, on other online shops I was noticed before the order was dispatched, exactly to prevent this kind of situation. There is no statement on your website that a product can be changed without notice...
If I will send it back, who will pay for the transport? It is not my fault that on the website you sell something and in the package is something else, at your free will but on my expense.
I will forward the matter at the local Ford representative and to the BP Ford World Rally Team.
The fact is I was just at one fingertip to buy something from another Ford Rally website ( https://www.rallyemerchandise.com/acata ... thing.html ) but I thought you are trustworthy...
P.S. Even if I am from Romania I expect to be treated as any other EU citizen!

Please include a receipt for the return postage and we will refund this to your card. However we can only refund the amount we have charged you for the postage and no more.

Let's see what you wrote in Terms and Conditions:
"BP Ford World Rally Team shall sell and the customer shall purchase the goods subject to these conditions. No variation to these conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by the customer and BP Ford World Rally Team."

So, from my point of view, you didn't respect your part of the "agreement" which is a buying - selling action over the Internet. For me that product on the website is Out Of Stock and you just replaced with something similar (not slightly different!), at your own free will.
I am sorry, but I will go forward with this matter.
I will wear the T-shirt to show my support for the great FORD Rally Team, but I am in the unpleasant position to report your way of doing business.

I have a problem after an online shopping at the http://www.bpfordworldrallyteamcollection.com/ website. I forward you the entire discussion up to my last reply, starting from down to up (the correct order of reading). I also attached the photos regarding the product, the product on the website and the Terms And Conditions page (just in case they will change it).
To be short, I ordered a cap and a T-Shirt and they are totally different of the products I ordered. Not "slightly different" as they say on the website. I was not contacted about the change. I just received the goods but they are not what I ordered.
I am looking forward to a normal solution to this matter.
