Localizare: vis-a-vis de Tomis Mall si de sediul Orange, pe strada Stefan cel Mare, in blocul M14 care are la parter magazinul Altex.
Etaj: 7/10
Bloc de oameni linistiti, foarte bine intretinut, 2 lifturi. Liniste si datorita faptului ca strada Stefan cel Mare este alee pietonala unde nu au acces masinile.
Panorama superba, se vede incepand de la plaja Modern, portul Tomis pana la poarta 6 pentru ca nu mai e nicio cladire inalta in fata blocului.
Apartamentul este varuit acum 2 luni, este gol, nu are imbunatatiri pentru ca gusturile mele sunt diferite de ale urmatorului proprietar. Instalatiile sanitare sunt noi, inclusiv coloanele, caloriferele au repartitoare.
Suprafata din actele vechi era de aproximativ 48 mp, insa acum la cadastru a reiesit ca are 50,7mp daca retin corect (in curand trebuie sa iasa cadastrul si intabularea).
Blocul a fost dat in folosinta in mai 1976 si impreuna cu blocul vecin M16 beneficiaza de o constructie unica in Constanta impotriva cutremurelor, asa cum s-a dovedit la mai putin de un an de la inaugurare la cutremurul din '77 ca a rezistat fara probleme.
Poate fi folosit de noul proprietar pentru inchiriere datorita pozitiei ultra-centrale si foarte aproape de plaja si port.
Pretul: 49.999 euro usor negociabil, de preferat cash nu prin "prima casa".
