Si nu ca ar fi ele scumpe, ci pentru banii cheltuiti la optimizarea lor.
(o masina de f1 costa in jur de 12-15 mil dolari la o echipa modesta)
Daca nu ma insel redbull are motorul cu una dintre cele mai mici puteri, insa are cea mai buna aerodinamica SI suspensie.

Apasarea pe spate la viteze mici (sub 120-130 km/h) este data in principal de difuzorul de aer din bara spate, abia peste aceste viteze incepe sa se simta si apasarea pe care o provoaca spoilerul.
Difuzoarele de aer nu trebuie neaparat sa se observe asa ca la rs (unde designul si-a spus cuvintul) , ci doar trebuie sa provoace o depresiune locala in aerul evacuat pe sub masina. Tot acest difuzor permite depasirea la aspiratie altor masini care stau lipite de tine.
Spoilere spate mari deportante se folosesc in general cind difuzoarele de aer nu pot fi utilizate optim ( pe zapada, macadam), iar spoilere fata doar pentru asfalt. Spoilerele si deportante si cu unghi de atac se folosesc doar la masini care-si pot permite sa foloseasca 300-350 cp doar pentru a suplimenta aderenta, ceea ce nu e valabil nici la mine , nici la voi. (spoilere tip dtm sau f1 ar face din rs o masina care nu poate depasi 200 km/h desi are 450 cp, iar aderenta cistigata ar fi complet inutila deoarece nu poate fi utilizata de sasiu si suspensie...)

-Pozitiv = aderenta comparabila cu semislickurile pe curbe si frinare. Putin cam moi pentru tractiune violenta, insa e in grafic . Nu prea sint indicate pentru "liniutari" carora le recomand pirelli (bune doar pentru asa ceva)
- Aderenta exceptionala pe rece si ud (aici n-au rival ! nici dunlop ,nici michellin nu fac fata, iar concurenta de mina a 2-a continental ,pirelli,japonezi, americani, etc nici macar nu se apropie...)
Le recomand cu caldura pentru cei experimentati care vor sa invete cum se comporta masina pe curbe deoarece au cel mai bun si sezizabil feedback. Vibreaza cu mult inainte de a pierde aderenta. Acel "91Y" nu trebuie sa dispara din marcajul cauciucurilor. Nu luati W, sau indice mai mare de 91, vor fi prea dure si se vor supraincalzi.

Despre ST pot sa va spun ca m-a dezamagit la capitolul viteza de abordare a virajelor (e prea mult sub ce ma asteptam) insa m-a incintat la modul de abordare a virajelor : e o masina careia ii place sa mearga de-a latul, e o masina de spectacol , de distractie, nu de viteza in coasta.
Desi nu credeam a spun asta vre-odata, daca vreau sa ma distrez in coasta voi alege oricind ST-ul in defavoarea RS-ului. RS-ul ramine doar pentru viteza in coasta si adrenalina. Cu ST-ul sperii pasagerul, cu RS-ul se sperie soferul. :)
PS Consum in regim de coasta ST = 45-55%, RS= 80-100%, insa la cauciucuri sint egale la consum spre disperarea mea.
Pentru teste e excelenta ACUM transalpina. M-am intilnit intre baraj si voineasa cu 8 masini si 2 donatori de organe doar.
