nu sunt in stare nici sa.ti dea optiuni sa stii ce alegi sau ce ar trebui sa faci.
am ajuns sa pun intrebarea:daca ar fi masina dumneavoastra cum ati proceda?

m-am dus la ei cu problema "motorina in ulei + posibil dpf colmatat "
dupa ce imi baga masina in service ,o lasa 15 minute ,se uita la nivel ulei si zie : e la maxim uleiul ,este foarte bine ( cand eu dimineata dupa 15 ore nepornita era peste maxim ) nu e problema la ulei.
apare pe tester eroare la EGR
la EGR ii intreb "ce e de facut fratilor daca este stricat ? " ei se uita la mine si dau din umeri ,ba mai mult zice unu : cauta un egr bun sa.l schimbam sa vedem daca mai da eroare.
ii intreb de injectoare ,la fel dau din umeri aruncandu-mi doar PRETURI in fata.

se face asa ceva (treaba buna) la reprezentanta sau baga firele testerului pe baterie si gata?

si ce sa fac in acest caz, sa umblu cu laptopul dupa mine sa dau mail imediat si poate cineva i-mi va raspunde?
Receptionerul (nu stiu cum il chema) spunea ca nu aveti nici un caiet de reclamatii, iar seful lui direct nu il gasesc.
