Eu imi doresc doua lucruri:
1. Postul meu sa fie vazut de catre cei de la Ford Romania. La telefon si la email la relatii cu clientii, raspunde o singura persoana. Am solicitat sa vorbesc cu un manager dar nu am reusit. Vreau sa ma asigur ca cei de la Ford Romania cunosc modul in care sunt tratati clientii.
2. Postul meu sa fie vazut de vizitatori, ca sa stie ce probleme pot avea in cazul in care masina se defecteaza in perioada de garantie.

Pentru vizitatori, nu stiu care e rubrica cea mai potrivita, dar am ales rubrica Ford Romania, sperand ca cineva de la Ford sa remarce postul meu.

mai mult, titlul a fost schimbat deoarece nu reflecta corect raspunsul primit de la Ford Romania. asa cum ai mentionat si tu, ei au spus "colmatarea injectoarelor datorita calitatii combustibilului folosit, coroborata cu modul exploatarii....– cu drumuri scurte in oras". tu te-ai legat doar de partea cu drumurile prin oras (care pare a fi fost mentionata doar ca factor agravant) si ai ignorat partea principala (cea cu calitatea combustibilului folosit).

si ca sa-ti raspund la intrebarea din titlul original al topicului tau: "nu, focus nu este pentru condus in oras cu benzina proasta". cel putin asta se intelege din raspunsul celor de la Ford.
