The sharing of the platform of the Focus with the new Volvo C70 will allow to recycle the collapsible rigid roof of the Volvo on the Ford. According to Autobild, the Ford cabrio Focus would have to be produced directly from Pininfarina, and to arrive on the market to the end of 2006. The motors would have to be the usuals of the range 4 Ford cylinders: 3 benzine (100, 115 and 145 horses) and two diesel engine, the 1,6 TDCi (109 horses) and the 2,0 TDCi (136 horses).

Probabil o sa se intample ca si cu focus ST, adica nu o sa fie importata oficial. Asa ca nu va faceti prea multe iluzii.

Ford a scos la iveala facelift-ul pentru modelul Focus Coupe-Cabriolet care isi va face aparitia peste o luna la Salonul Auto de la Geneva.Masina va fi construita de Pininfarina in Italia la fabrica din Bairo, si se alatura modelelor in 3, 5 si 4 usi care deja au fost improspatate cu noua imagine.


Focus CC continua sa aibe unul din cele mai generoase portbagaje ca volum,534l cu plafonul ridicat.Modificarile exterioare sunt foarte ample si se inscriu in stilul “kinetic design”.Interiorul a primit un sistem de pornire de la buton, Bluetooth si conectivitate USB, iar un sistem de navigatie touchscreen LCD este oferit ca optional.

Se ofera o gama de propulsoare pe benzina Duratec si pe motorina Duratorq pornind de la 100 de cai dintr-un 1.6 pana la 145 cai Duratorq TDCi.
