After a lot of thinking and looking for the perfect location, here we are ready with the official information on the 10th BULGARIAN NATIONAL FORD MEETING.

The meeting will be held at Relax Coop Hotel, which is located 30 km south of Veliko Turnovo in the outskirts of Stara Planina, in the center of the resort “Voneshta Voda�, on the road to Stara Zagora.

The hotel is beautifully furnished, with mineral water pool, restaurant, lobby bar, pit stop bar, fitness for the racers, big parking for our Ford cars and others.
Nearby attractions that can be visited are: Kilifarevo and Dryanovo monasteries, Tsarevets Hill, Arbanassi, Tryavna, Bozhentsi, Ethnographic Museum "Etura" and others.

Dates of the meeting are 31 August-2 September 2012 with a gala dinner on 1st September.

Price in leva per person per day:
Adult on regular bed in double room - 27.00 lev
Adult using double room as a single - 41.00 lev
Children from 6 to 12 years on extra bed in double room - 11.00 lev
Children over 12 years on extra bed in double room - 22.00 lev
Children over 12 years on regular bed in double room - 27.00 lev
Price includes: accommodation, buffet breakfast, use of indoor / outdoor pool, sauna, steam bath, fitness, parking, VAT, tourist tax and insurance.

Gala evening on 1st September for 1 person:
1. Tomatoes and cucumbers salad 300g
2. Warm appetizer - stuffed pepper 200 g
3. Chicken roll with mushroom sauce and garnish 400 g
or (must choose one of two options under item 3)
3. Pork steak with mushroom sauce and garnish 400 g
4. Dessert cake
5. 2 slices of bread
6. Soft drink 250 ml.
Price: 20 lev

Gala evening on 1st September for 1 child:
1. Chicken with cornflakes
2. Side dish: potatoes
3. 2 slices bread
4. Dessert: Ice cream
Price: 10 lev

All other consumption is paid by the restaurant menu.

Members of Club Ford Bulgaria Association receive 15% discount on room rates!


Reservations are accepted from now until 05 August 2012. Club members have priority.

Reservations are accepted until we fill rooms we booked in the hotel. For now there are 80 rooms, with an option to talk with the hotel management and book more, so we invite you now to plan and book. Let's make a friendly Ford gathering a huge emotional party!

Each reservation must be paid within one week after confirmation in person or by bank transfer to a bank account which will be given upon request.

@ivanescusg - you have to give final answer by 05.08 and payment can be done by PayPal, bank transfer or give me the money in person on 11-12 August. Also ask your wife about menus you want for the dinner on Sat night.

@nicolaemircea - still have not heard form you too. The above is valid as well if you have not paid so far.

Total 152 euro

Sat only:
(2 people in a room)
1 room x 1 night x 28 euro = 28 euro
or
2 rooms x 1 night x 28 euro = 56 euro
1 gala dinner x 2 people x 10 euro = 20 euro
Total 48 euro or 76 euro

For all the situation in Bulgaria is fine and safe, you know Media exaggerates as always, and you are traveling on different route and destination.

Hello 28 euro for person very expensive.
In other countries the price is per room not per person hungry than in BG.
not send money without any guarantee in an account in Bulgaria that can be closed at any time or money transfer and you will be watching in the sun.
Any hotel in this world that respects and does not want to steal you pay when you make a reservation and arrive at the hotel
Send money bank bg western union no garantee.
Nu trimiteti bani aiurea ca suna a teapa rezervati camera si daca vor platiti cand ajungeti la hotel.
Bulgari sunt hoti mari aveti grija sa schimbati bani in tara in leva ca te doare capu iti da un curs foarte prost.
Normal cursul este cam asa 1 euro = 2 leva 1 leva = 2 ron
Si sa nu uitam cand plecati din bulgaria la vama la ei iti da cu apa din wc pe la roti dezinfectie 3 euro
Se stie ca bulgati au fost si vor mai fi muritori de foame multe vreme de acum incolo sunt mai praf ca greci dar ei au avut probleme cu bani din UE.
Mare grija in bg toata lumea incearca sa te fure care mai de care cand zici bg sau turcia bazar nu e nici o diferenta.
