Additional info:

The cost of the gala dinner and night of single person in a double room is 46 leva (1 lev = 2.15283 RON)
and for an additional night for single person in double room the price is 28 leva


For children under 12 years the price per night and gala dinner is 20 leva (and 9 leva per additional night)
Kids menu:
1 softdrink
1 mineral water
Chicken pieces with mashed potato (puree)
Pancake with honey, chocolate or jam

This additional info was for single person (if someone comes alone and stays in double room)

Strange. Since 1 lev = 2.15283 RON and 1€ = 4.2RON = 2 leva (almost) => 1€ = 2 leva

Anyways, we will be there, I am not sure if only SAT + SU, we hope also FRI.

Hmm.. I think I'll be there too if I register my car until then (waiting for the new tax for pollution to be decided & voted ).

Counting the ones who I know they said at ZCF 2011 that they'll come to Bulgarian National FORD Meeting and the ones who said here, I get at least 11 peoples and 8 cars.

Hi boys,

Here is some more info re the CFBulgaria National Gathering:
Gala Dinner menu:
- Appetizers platter (for 4 people) 100 g sausage kind of salami, 100g sausage another kind of salami, 200g cheese
- Shopska salad (tomato, cucumber, peper, cheese...)
- Pork or chicken steak with garnish (cabbage, chutney, fried potatoes)
- Bread
- 1. soft drink (330 ml.)
- 1. mineral water (500 ml.)
These are in the dinner price included.
Then - Alcohol we decided - everyone orders thatever they want to.

I would also need to know ppl who want to come which dates you intend to stay and what time do u expect to arrive. Thank you in advance.

Adi, we still have not a program finalised, but sure will be some similar to your events and also something for children Big ones included

N.B. We just found out that 3.09 is a working day in Bulgaria (!) but people will be (I will) there during the day and in the evening for sure to welcome you

i will arrive on friday 2nd september around 11-12 noon - 2 persons; so i need accomodation friday night and saturday night + galla dinner party for 2 people = 106 leva to pay, right?
with me will be @mctano - 2 persons + 1 child

we leave on sunday, probably around 10-11 A.M.

Good morning!
Here are the bank deatails for Payments for the CFB National Meeting:

It is a BGN account, however the bank you transfer the money from will exchange the currency.

As for the events: there will be some on Sat, 3/09 afternoon and some on Sun, 4/09 morning. Some will involve cars, some for children, some entertainment for adults, a walk around Tsarevets fortress in Veliko Turnovo to show you around (so do not take individual trips ), DJ party on Sat eve, and loads of fun!
Since you arrive on Fri - Lacho /la4o/ (the chairman of the CFB Association) and some other members will be there to welcome you unoficially Then on Sat we have the more official part, when I arrive
I really look forward seeing you and expect some more people to register.
