Boys, we are making some final preparations for the CFB National Meeting.
Adi, you asked me for program - there won't be as many events as you had in RV, however in brief we shall try to organise a best car contest, taking pictures with our cars, some awards will be given @ Gala dinner, being lazy around the swimming pool, walk to Veliko Tarnovo Fortress, some games, and still not sure what car events will organise, as the area around is not suitable.
As I mentioned before - when you arrive on Fri (if it is around noon) you might be one of the first there. There will be people from noon onwards and they are already informed to welcome you. I shall arrive on Sat, so you'll be welcoming me.. again

we could use (if possible) some detailed instructions about how to get there; looking on the map i saw that we come down from ruse, and in veliko we turn left, and then the hotel is somewhere on a country road - this seems to be the hardest part

or is it better to go from veliko to arbanassi and from there go to hotel?

is it possible we can get the gps coordinates of a spot in the hotel parking?

or if some1 from BG forum lives nearby, maybe take some pictures at the main road points and tell us "here turn left" "there turn right" etc etc ...

morning - leisure time

Check-in after 12:00 for newcomers

13:00 to 16:00 Pool time. "Petanque" Tournament etc.

16:45 - Departure for Gorna Oryahovitsa.

17:00 to 19:00 Gathering of all cars @ a special parking. Photos. Review of all cars for competition "car of the meeting".
During this gathering several events /games will take place.

19:00 - Back @ hotel

20:00 - Gala Dinner
During the gala dinner we have several challenges for our guests who would bring them prizes.

20:00 to 21:30 Vote for Car of the Fest!

22:00 - Awards time - car of the fest etc.


Sunday (4/09)
10:45 - Departure for Tsarevets Fortress and walk around Veliko Tarnovo.

Boys, one request...

During the 1st night @ Veliko Turnovo some ppl will be accommodated in a different hotel, 300m from Lesoparka, called Manastira. This was due to mistake with the bookings.
Anyway ... you are sleeping @ Lesoparka as stated earlier.
Will you be so kind to have the dinner @ this other hotel with the remaining part of club ford people, and meanwhile watching the football game. In Lesoparka will be anyway too many other people on Fri.
This was submitted to me as a request from Lacho (chairman of CFB).
I highly appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy your Fri night.
