Diferenta dintre remorca si semiremorca

nu sunt sigur, dar diferenta poate sa constea in numarul de axe (o singura axa la semiremorca, mai multe axe la remorca) si eventual la sistemul de franare propriu (cu sau fara)

am mai gasit ceva pe wikipedia, dar explicatiile mi se par putin cam vagi

Am gasit sper sa ajute si pe altii

attribute “full” or “semi” of the trailer and the number of trailer axles.

Altfel spus daca jumatate din greutatea remorcii este dispusa pe axul capului tractor, atunci vorbim de o semiremorca. In cazul in care aproape toata greutatea remorcii este sustinuta de axul propriu vorbim de o remorca. Nu exista nici o legatura intre numarul de axe al remorcii si termenul de semi sau remorca.
